• Schedule appointments and meet with existing customers to assess their applications and product needs
• Plan and conduct sales presentations through daily customer visits
• Liaise between the employer and customers regarding pricing, service updates, and product launches
• Generate and develop prospect accounts to drive revenue growth
• Update and maintain customer accounts and provide product quotes as necessary

• 1‑3 years of strong manufacturing background, particularly in milling, turning, and grooving
• Knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes
• Experience in job shop settings and assisting customers with part processing
• Proven ability to develop new customer relationships
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in designing special tools
• Degree in sales and marketing or related fields
• Job shop experience is highly regarded
• Familiarity with processing customer parts from drawings to finished products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
