A leading swimming academy in Cromwell, Connecticut, is seeking Swim Instructors to teach water safety and swim techniques to children. Responsibilities include evaluating student progress, enforcing safety policies, and interacting with parents. Ideal candidates should enjoy working with children and possess strong communication skills. Certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid are required but will be provided if not already certified.
