Position Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel contract assignment in Crookston, Minnesota
. This position offers the opportunity to help patients improve mobility, strength, and independence while working in a collaborative rehab environment.

• Schedule:
  
  40 hours per week (guaranteed)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Active Physical Therapist License (Minnesota)
• Current BLS certification
• Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy interventions to restore mobility and function
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately
• Provide education to patients and families on therapy techniques
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to ensure quality care

• 13-week travel contract
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
