North Star Manor is a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Warren, MN.

• $2500 SIGN-ON BONUS for Full-Time positions; $1250 for Part-Time positions.
• Wages: $22.60 - $27.50 / hour to start. Wages commensurate with experience.
• Shift differential pay between genauer 4pm and 6am.

• Full‑time or Part‑time – Day, Evening, or Overnight Shift (includes every other weekend and every other holiday).

Works effectively as a team member in the delivery of care and assists in the orientation of new employees. Maintains good working relations with nursing unit staff and other facility employees through appropriate communication.

Performs or assists residents in performing specific activities of daily living while allowing for independence as appropriate according to established procedures in the resident’s care plan and accurately reports results and provides input to the nurse.

Instills confidence in residents by maintaining a neat appearance and performing duties in a competent and caring manner. Reports observations of residents to the nurse caring for the resident to ensure professional assessment.

Maintains a safe and clean environment for residents and co‑workers by performing infection control procedures in accordance with facility policies and procedures.

Tasks include:

• Assuring resident clothing is clean and properly marked.
• Serving and collecting meals and snacks.
• Encouraging and/or assisting with feeding.
• Answering call lights.
• Transporting residents within the facility.
• Assisting with admission orientation of residents to the facility environment.

Certified Nursing Samba Assistant (CNA) certificate and CPR certification required.

Physical effort required: standing, walking, stooping, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 50 pounds at times.
