Description

The Electrical Technician will be responsible for programming, troubleshooting, installing, and repairing vehicle electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems within the manufacturing industry. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, high attention to quality and safety, and a positive teamwork attitude. Candidates are sought for 1st shift, 7:00 a.m.

- 3:30 p.m., with potential overtime after scheduled hours and on Saturdays.

What You Will Do:

Install and repair hybrid drive systems, communication networks, and electrical components.

Inspect and diagnose electrical system issues using advanced electrical theory, PLC, and ladder logic.

Interpret blueprints, process sheets, schematics, and instructions for repairs and processes.

Maintain safe work practices by adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Inspect and communicate issues during quality checkouts.

Document work and results using software such as Microsoft Office, internet browsers, and diagnostic applications.

Install and repair electrical control components like resistors, diodes, and relays.

Expand knowledge of technical and maintenance principles, including working around high voltage systems (200+ volts).
