Georgia-Pacific Consumer Manufacturing Group is seeking qualified professionals to consider for the Logistics Allocator role supporting our consumer manufacturing operations at facility Operation located in Crossett, AR. The Crossett facility uses integrated technology to manufacture tissue paper products in a progressive production environment.

The Logistics Allocator will primarily focus on managing workflow within the warehouse management system (EWM) of raw materials to internal and external customers and maintain open communications with service groups to ensure both internal and external customer needs are met. This individual will be the on‑shift subject matter expert to lead problem‑solving activities, lead and coach users to resolve EWM, E80, and ICPAQS process issues.

Attention to detail is a critical component of this role.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, could learn and teach new and complex systems, and the ability to multi‑task and prioritize based on vision.

The Crossett Paper Operations is a manufacturing site where more than 500 employees produce products for the consumer business, including Angel Soft and Quilted Northern bath tissue. What

You Will Do
  • Lead and influence operational workflows by managing material movement through Warehouse Management System (EWM) and connected applications.
  • Ensure timely and accurate service to both internal and external customers.
  • Serve as the on‑shift subject matter expert for EWM, ICPAQ, and E80 systems.
  • Guide problem‑solving activities and coach users to resolve system and process issues.
  • Maintain open communication with service groups to anticipate and address potential disruptions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on material flow or system issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Lead and develop hourly personnel to achieve operational goals.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, problem‑solving, communication, and teaching skills.
  • Exhibit proficiency in multiple system applications related to the role.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in Material Handling and/or two (2) years manufacturing experience, or military experience
  • Proficient Computer skills:
    Experience in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Capability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Experience using the following software: ICPAQ, SAP, E80, MS Office, Share Point
  • Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
