Logistics Allocator, Georgia‑Pacific LLC

The Georgia‑Pacific Consumer Manufacturing Group is seeking a qualified professional to support our manufacturing operations at the Crossett, AR facility.

The role focuses on managing workflow within the Warehouse Management System (EWM) for raw materials and internal/external customers, maintaining communications with service groups and ensuring high‑quality service.

What You Will Do
  • Lead and influence operational workflows by managing material movement through EWM and connected applications.
  • Ensure timely and accurate service to both internal and external customers.
  • Serve as the on‑shift subject matter expert for EWM, ICPAQ, and E80 systems.
  • Guide problem‑solving activities and coach users to resolve system and process issues.
  • Maintain open communication with service groups to anticipate and address potential disruptions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on material flow or system issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Lead and develop hourly personnel to achieve operational goals.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, problem‑solving, communication, and teaching skills.
  • Exhibit proficiency in multiple system applications related to the role.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in material handling and/or two (2) years of manufacturing experience, or military experience.
  • Proficient computer skills: experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Capability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Experience using ICPAQ, SAP, E80, MS Office, SharePoint.
  • Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
