Assistant Manager – General Business, Full‑time

Domino’s Pizza is hiring assistant managers who will take ownership of store operations, from inventory and cost control to customer service and crew management. The role requires strong judgment, math, multitasking ability, and a commitment to Domino’s standard of quality.

• Oversee all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer relations.
• Set a positive example and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Staff scheduling, paperwork, and ensuring attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain store cleanliness, marketing initiatives, and compliance with standards.
• Drive deliveries, including flyers and door hangers, within the designated area.
• Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, and manage inventory paperwork.
• Operate equipment, stock ingredients, and keep walk‑in cooler populated.

• Proficient in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division (calculator permitted).
• Accurate cash handling and ability to make correct monetary change.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Motor coordination for rapid, precise movements with speed.
• Computer (keyboard or touchscreen) proficiency for order entry.
• Navigation skills for locating addresses and reading maps.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; insured vehicle for delivery.
• Strong teamwork, judgment, analysis, and decision‑making abilities.

• Standing and walking for short distances; lifts up to 50 pounds on hand trucks.
• Carrying, pushing, and pulling trays or cases up to 24–30 in.; occasional use of dollies.
• Climbing stairs or ladders, traveling up to five flights during delivery.
• Stooping, bending, squatting to stock shelves or clean low areas.
• Reaching above 72 in., down, and forward for dish operations.
• Continuous hand‑eye coordination and use of hands in all duties.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, fumes, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 °C.
