Hours of work:
Teaching Assistant 30 hours per week plus Midday Supervisory Assistant 2.5 hours per week.

Working pattern:
Part‑time, Term‑time only, working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave (increases after 5 years of continuous service). The salary will be pro‑rata. This is a fixed‑term position for 12 months.

The School is a busy one‑form entry primary school with 218 pupils on roll. We look to recruit a Teaching Assistant to support the learning and physical care of our children, represent the school professionally at all times, and respond positively and flexibly to the challenges of school life.

• Support the learning and physical care of children during school hours.
• Assist teachers with planning, preparation and assessment.
• Provide individual and small group support to pupils.
• Assist with lunchtime supervision as a Midday Supervisory Assistant.
• Maintain a safe and well‑behaved environment, supporting the school's safeguarding procedures.
• Act as a professional ambassador to parents and the wider community.

• Experience of working with children with special educational needs and disabilities is advantageous but not essential.
• Committed to supporting the Catholic ethos of our school.
