Permanent About the Role A leading property consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Valuation & Investment Advisory team. This role focuses on portfolio-based valuation work, primarily for public sector clients, with a strong emphasis on investment assets. Youll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team delivering high-quality valuation advice across the UK.

Key Responsibilities Undertake valuations for operational and investment assets, including civic buildings and leisure facilities Deliver purchase, disposal, and S123 valuations in line with client objectives and statutory requirements Support ad hoc instructions such as development appraisals, asset reviews, and viability assessments Collaborate with internal teams across planning, development, and agency to deliver integrated solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored, strategic valuation advice Mentor junior surveyors and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing What Youll Bring MRICS qualified with strong experience in Red Book valuations Proven ability to deliver valuations across commercial and mixed-use assets Excellent communication, analytical, and report writing skills A strategic mindset and collaborative approach to problem solving Experience mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team development Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Argus (Enterprise and Developer) Why Apply This is a pivotal opportunity to join a market-leading team with ambitious growth plans.
