Job Summary

Responsible for assisting in the oversight of home care operations to ensure a positive member experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in training and developing staff.
  • Oversee member service to provide excellent customer experience.
  • Front desk related tasks:
    • Answer phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
    • Take information calls.
    • Assist with member check‑ins, sign‑ups, cancellations, and updating member account information.
    • Meet potential members and provide a facility tour.
    • Facilitate member service issues and questions.
  • Provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
  • Oversee cleanliness and appearance of the facility.
  • Manage marketing efforts and train team members on current promotions.
  • Order supplies, keep inventory, and track reports as needed.
  • Communicate and interact with customers, coworkers, and the public in a customer‑centric manner.
  • Actively listen, empathize, and solve problems.
  • Identify problems, analyze information, and plan solutions while seeking assistance when needed.
  • Demonstrate tact and skill in all interactions.
  • Maintain timely communication with team members and supervisors to increase productivity and prevent misunderstandings.
Essential Behavior Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • Honesty and good work ethic.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
Physical Demands
  • Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift.
  • Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift.
  • Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
