We’re looking for ambitious, adaptable, and travel‑ready superintendents who want more than just a job—they want a career adventure. You will manage entire construction projects from mobilization to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and subcontractor performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Study project manuals, specifications, and drawings to ensure timely start and finish.
  • Understand scope, evaluate methods, estimate time, and initiate scheduling changes.
  • Manage and work with crews on installation/repair of various trades.
  • Be present on site as defined by program expectations.
  • Ensure blueprint adherence and evaluate risks.
  • Provide daily reports and photos via project management apps.
  • Coordinate RFI process.
  • Interface with permitting authorities and inspections.
  • Pass drug screen & background check.
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts.
  • Travel a minimum of 14 weeks at a time across the U.S.; must travel by air.
  • Night and weekend work required.
  • Final handoff and task completion.
  • Hands‑on work 20% of time (installing hardware, etc.).
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize tasks for field staff & subcontractors.
  • Maintain schedule, minimize delays.
  • Examine work for accuracy.
  • Ensure safety protocols.
  • Participate in toolbox talks.
What You Bring
  • Hungry to learn and lead in construction industry.
  • Comfortable traveling & adapting.
  • Motivated by big challenges.
  • 3 years supervisory experience & 5 years relevant trade experience.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office;
    Pro Core, Plan Grid, Autodesk Build a plus.
  • Must pass MVR, background, drug test.
