Position Overview
We are looking for dedicated and innovative Family Physicians or Pediatricians to join our Pediatric Urgent Care team. In this role, you will collaborate with medical directors and site physicians to provide age-appropriate care following established protocols. Key responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment initiation, independent decision-making, and supervision of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs).

- Urgent Care Experience: Preferred, with a strong background in fast-paced clinical environments.
- Pediatric Assessment & Treatment: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Physician or Pediatrician, with a focus on pediatric care.
- Urgent Care Procedures: Proficiency in laceration repair, initial fracture management, and reduction of nursemaid's elbow.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with OSHA and CLIA guidelines, confidentiality, and office systems.
- Licensing: Current, valid, and unencumbered medical license from the Texas Medical Board.
- Certifications: PALS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
