This caregiving position involves working with a young male member who is non-verbal and has been diagnosed with autism, ADHD, and an intellectual disability. The member requires a patient, compassionate, and attentive caregiver who can provide consistent support and supervision.
The member is mobile and not bed-bound but will need assistance with communication, daily routines, and structured activities. A caregiver with experience in behavioral support or working with children with developmental disabilities is highly preferred. Strong observational skills and the ability to create a calm, structured environment are essential.
The member resides with his mother and is in a non-smoking home. There are no pets on the premises.
