ChampionX, now part of SLB, seeks a Grinder Operator for the Crowley, TX area on 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 4:15 PM–3:00 AM). You will learn and apply Lean Manufacturing principles and operate all department machines to maintain high quality.
You will cross-train on multiple pieces of equipment, rotate processes as needed, and inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, and tape measures, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
