Qualifications- Pet Retail/Pet Industry experience
- 2 years experience in a retail establishment in management role
- Proven Leadership and training skills
- Proven ability to follow through on goals and objectives
- Strong verbal communications and sales ability
- Lead, coach and build a winning team within the store
- Develop genuine and loyal relationships with neighbors and the community
- Serve as a product and service expert in pet nutrition, care, and supplies
