Overview

Store Manager role at Panda Restaurant Group. Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. • In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand up to four hours, and reach across counters.

Kitchens are hot and noise levels are high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have effective verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts.
