Territory Account Manager – Crowley

Overview

Territory Account Manager – Crowley s role focuses on establishing and strengthening relationships with local businesses, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders to promote Total Care Emergency Room and drive brand awareness and patient referrals.

• Cold calling/emailing/acting as the primary point of contact to engage potential targets and schedule meetings with key decision makers
• Developing marketing plans to meet monthly targets and campaigns provided by leadership
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with community stakeholders, including businesses, medical professionals, community organizations, local government entities, and influencers
• Conducting market research to identify partnership opportunities and advising on strategies to expand Total Care Emergency Room presence
• Participating in local networking groups and events to represent Total Care Emergency Room professionally
• Coordinating programs, events, and activities to promote community relations and the Total Care brand
• Coordinating onsite tours of the emergency room for community leaders, medical practitioners, and potential referral sources
• Collaborating with city and local organizations to promote the Total Care brand
• Attending business networking events, health fairs, and workshops to raise awareness of Total Care services
• Working with the Facility team to create a marketing plan for the territory
• Monitoring competitor activities and community trends and reporting any developments impacting the healthcare industry
• Collaborating with the Digital Marketing team to maximize use of social media, online directories, and other digital channels
• Daily documentation in the CRM system provided by Total Care

• Must reside in the local area
• 1-5 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or related experience/education
• Excellent communication skills with ability to deliver compelling presentations to small and large groups
• Familiarity with the local community and an existing network of connections is highly desirable
• Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms and other marketing software; passion for marketing and meeting new people
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Evening and weekend availability (Sundays only on special events)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
