Mesa Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduling Coordinator to support Midwest utility clients from the CSPMO. This role reports to the Director of CSPMO and works with project managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver power delivery and substation projects.
The Scheduling Coordinator will develop, maintain, and communicate schedules in MS Project and Primavera P6, conduct site visits, and provide weekly lookahead reports while coordinating with engineers and clients.
