Provides administrative and clinical assistance to physicians in the examination and treatment of patients in the office. Front desk reception assistance required based on scheduling needs. Must have phlebotomy experience.

• Politely and promptly greet and register patients via manual or computer entry system.
• Escort patients to room and take a brief history of illness and/or chief complaint.
• Perform phlebotomy, take vitals (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, height and weight) on all patients.
• Maintain patient flow to physicians or other attending staff continuously.
• Assist (within the legal scope of practice) physicians or other attending staff when needed.
• Prepare rooms with equipment and supplies as required.
• Maintain inventory of supplies.
• Assist with routine office duties such as copying, filing, faxing when needed or as directed.

• High School Diploma or general education degree.
• Registered Medical Assistant credential.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
