Responsibilities- After the patient's plan of care has been determined by the team leader (RN), perform designated patient care activities necessary for the patient's personal needs, comfort, and safety.
- Adhere to Hospital Policy and Nursing Service Standards.
- High school graduation or equivalency.
- Minimum one year of direct patient care experience.
- Successful completion of competency exam or nursing assistant certification.
- CPR certification recommended.
- Completes annual skill validations and safety/infection control procedures.
