We are adding therapists to our growing clinical service team to provide outstanding care to our patients and their families. Therapists will provide daily individual and group counseling along with best-in-class treatment planning and care coordination under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services. Therapists are Master's prepared clinicians with a focus on trauma‑informed care, compassion, and patient safety.

- Accountable for overall treatment planning efforts, care conferences with families and providers, family and provider care updates, psychosocial needs assessment, and completion.
- Coordinate and facilitate the development of discharge plans of care for the patient population, including accountability for the complex discharge process.
- Ensure an exceptional experience of care for patients and families.
- Education:
Master’s in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field (required). - Master’s Degree in Counseling:
Associate license or full counseling license required. - Master’s Degree in Social Work:
Associate or temporary license in the state of employment required; full license preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or acute psychiatric setting preferred.
- Previous experience in an acute inpatient behavioral health hospital is a plus.
- Experience developing and administering treatment plans.
- Proficient in individual and group counseling techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills.
