Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contracted Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the  school year in a K-12 setting located in Porter Township, Valparaiso, Indiana. This role involves providing comprehensive speech and language services to both general education and applied skills students across three buildings within the district, with a caseload of approximately 80 students.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade, addressing a range of communication needs.

* Manage a caseload of roughly 80 students, balancing time across three school sites.

* Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

* Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.

* Participate in meetings and contribute to team-based problem solving to support student success.

Qualifications:

* Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification with applicable credentials for school-based settings.

* Experience working with K-12 students, including those in applied skill programs.

* Strong organizational skills to manage a multi-site caseload effectively.

* Ability to work Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week, from January 15, 2026, to May 28, 2026.

* Flexibility in school placement is preferred to meet district needs.
