• Deliver nursing care and treatment in accordance with care plans

• Supervise nursing assistants and delegate appropriate tasks

• Accurately document all care, medications, and changes in condition

• Admit, discharge, and transfer residents following facility protocols

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician

• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and families to ensure quality care

• Participate in training, meetings, and facility inspections

• Valid Indiana RN license (Required)

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to move and lift residents/equipment as needed

• Must be able to speak and understand English

• Must be emotionally and physically capable of managing the demands of direct patient care

• Full-time and part-time shifts available

• Includes weekends and holidays as needed
