We are growing our nursing team at NPH and are adding Registered Nurses (RN) for day and night shifts. Shifts are 12‑hour, rotating weekends, and positions are full‑time. We offer competitive hourly rates and comprehensive benefits.

• Hourly rates: $40–$47 per hour based on experience.
• Night shift differential: $5 per hour; weekend night differential: $10 per hour.

• Plan, direct, evaluate, and document all aspects of patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and values.
• Assess patient needs and initiate, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Maintain effective communication across shifts for continuity of care and coordinate with other departments.
• Participate in education, record maintenance, and skill development of personnel.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Registered Nurse credential in the State of Indiana.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric, mental or behavioral health, or addiction recovery. Experience in Med/Surg, ER, ICU, and LTAC is an asset.
• Exceptional compassion and passion for quality patient care, particularly for underserved populations.
