• Provide compassionate, high quality nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and attention to detail
• Direct and support the daily activities of nursing assistants
• Complete documentation for admissions, discharges, and transfers according to facility policy
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians
• Provide oversight and ensure medication administration is in compliance with policies
• Conduct daily rounds and make priority‑based decisions in a fast‑paced setting
• Ability to multi‑task and maintain organization

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Indiana or valid Compact License
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
