- Leading & supervising clinical nursing team and supports delivering advanced nursing care.
- Assess, plan, and evaluate comprehensive care cycles for patients transitioning from traditional ICUs.
- Collaborate closely with clinical staff, physicians, respiratory therapists, and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes.
- Works collaboratively to keep CCO & CEO apprised of situations of that may place hospital at risk.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience: Prior nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU,Step-down, CCU, or high-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred. Willing to trainand precept self-motivated RNspassionate about critical care.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment capabilities and prior leadership experience; engaged, self-motivated clinical leader; professional fluencyin verbal and written English.

- Sign-On Bonusor Tuition Reimbursement is offered for FT Clinical Supervisor RN as per theterms of an Employment Assistance Agreement with a 2-year minimum commitment.
