Phoenix Renovation & Design is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Painter to join our Field Operations team. This full-time role is ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering clean, high-quality finishes on both interior and exterior residential remodeling projects. From prep to final touch-ups, your work will help bring each home renovation to life.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces through sanding, scraping, patching, masking, and priming
Paint interior and exterior surfaces using brush, roller, and sprayer methods
Perform precise cutting‑in and rolling techniques for smooth, even coats
Apply finishes on drywall, wood, cabinets, trim, and other surfaces
Follow design specifications and project instructions from supervisors
Maintain job site cleanliness and protect surroundings during painting
Complete daily assignments efficiently and within scheduled timelines
Communicate clearly with team members and clients
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures
Qualifications2 years of residential or commercial painting experience
Skilled in all phases of painting: prep, rolling, cutting‑in, spraying, and cleanup
High attention to detail with a focus on clean lines and uniform coverage
Ability to take direction, work independently or on a team, and meet deadlines
Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism in clients’ homes
Physically capable of standing, climbing ladders, and lifting materials as needed
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and possess a valid driver’s license

ScheduleFull-Time | Monday–Friday
