Phoenix Renovation & Design is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Tile Setters to join our Field Operations team. This full-time role is ideal for a tile installation professional with an eye for precision and a commitment to excellence. The right candidate will bring craftsmanship and care to every project – from bathroom floors to kitchen back splashes – while working efficiently, neatly, and respectfully in clients’ homes.

• Measure, layout, and prepare surfaces for tile installation
• Cut and install tile on floors, walls, showers, and back splashes using appropriate tools and techniques
• Apply adhesives, thin-set mortar, and grout with accuracy and cleanliness
• Perform waterproofing procedures as required for wet areas
• Ensure precise tile spacing, leveling, and alignment for professional results
• Follow design specifications and blueprints to meet client expectations
• Maintain clean and organized job sites before, during, and after installation
• Communicate clearly with project managers and clients regarding progress and timelines
• Adhere to safety standards and follow all company protocols on-site

• 5 years of experience in tile installation, including floors, walls, and custom designs
• High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in finishing work
• Proficiency in using tile cutters, grinders, trowels, and other installation tools
• Knowledge of proper waterproofing and leveling techniques
• Ability to read and follow layout drawings or blueprints
• Reliable and professional with strong communication skills
• Able to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and possess a valid driver’s license

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Standard work hours are between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; flexibility may be required based on project needs.

On-site at residential project locations throughout the local area.
