Phoenix Renovation & Design is seeking a versatile and experienced Handyman to join our Field Operations team. This full-time position is perfect for a reliable professional who takes pride in delivering top-quality craftsmanship across a variety of residential renovation and repair tasks. From drywall and trim work to light plumbing and electrical, you’ll be a trusted partner in bringing our clients’ visions to life.

Perform residential remodeling and handyman services across multiple trades

Complete drywall patching, installation, and finishing

Install and repair trim, baseboards, and other carpentry components

Handle light plumbing tasks including faucet and toilet replacements

Complete basic electrical work such as installing light fixtures or outlets

Assist with interior and exterior home repairs

Communicate clearly with clients and team members

Maintain a clean, organized job site and respect clients’ homes

Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

Operate with professionalism and a customer-first attitude

5 years of experience in residential remodeling or general handyman work preferred

Skilled in a range of trades: drywall, carpentry, light plumbing, and electrical

Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and possess a valid driver’s license

Weekly or bi-weekly pay cycle

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Typical work hours are between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; occasional flexibility may be required based on project needs.

On-site at residential project locations throughout the local area.
