Join Castongia Tractor as a Lawn & Garden Service Technician & Equipment Delivery Driver. In this dual role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain lawn and garden equipment while delivering customer equipment safely and efficiently.

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere, Stihl, Honda Power Equipment, and other brands.
• Maintain handheld tools, walk-behind mowers, lawn tractors, skid steers, and utility vehicles up to 100HP.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using Service Advisor and manuals.
• Keep accurate work records and complete all service reports.
• Participate in Service EDUCATE Training Programs to enhance your skills.
• Ensure workspace cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Load, transport, and unload customer equipment securely using truck and trailer.
• Inspect equipment at pickup, document conditions, and provide basic instructions on delivery.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and follow safety procedures.

• 2+ years of experience repairing small engine, agricultural, or turf equipment.
• 2+ years of delivery experience, including trailer pulling.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to diagnose and work on John Deere, Stihl, Honda Power Equipment, ATVs, skid steers, and utility vehicles.
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation and diagnostics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and at least four years of general driving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly.
• Positive, friendly, team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.
