- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Commitment to staying up-to-date with legal developments and best practices.
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales with a valid practising certificate.
- Experience in client-facing roles, managing complex cases effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with confidence and empathy.
