Air Freight Export Coordinator

Crowthorne Up to 35,000 Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced Air Freight Export professional looking for your next career move?

We're recruiting an Air Freight Export Coordinator to join a successful and growing freight forwarding business in Crowthorne. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team where you'll play a key role in managing international air export shipments from start to finish.

You'll manage the full air export process, including:

• Coordinating end-to-end air export shipments
• Preparing export customs declarations
• Raising HAWBs and MAWBs
• Liaising with airlines, overseas agents and customers
• Providing excellent customer service and shipment updates
• Supporting the courier operation with bookings and shipment monitoring

• 2+ years' experience in air export freight forwarding
• Good knowledge of UK export customs procedures
• Experience with HAWBs and MAWBs
• Cargo Wise experience is advantageous
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
• Customer-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Salary up to 35,000, depending on experience
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
