As a Team Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the TLGN Management teams by delivering high-quality administrative and coordination support. You'll be a trusted point of contact, ensuring processes run efficiently, data is accurate, and key commitments are met—all while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.

🎯 What Success Looks Like?

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of administrative tasks, keeping the department operating smoothly
  • Produce high-quality meeting minutes, KPI reports, and provide sickness and training administration support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across multiple systems
  • Support the business by ensuring items are distributed on time and in line with safety and compliance regulations
  • Analyse data to ensure staff availability and reporting requirements are met
  • Assist with NRC reporting, ensuring all commitments and procedures are understood and fulfilled
  • Handle all information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism

You’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative and coordination activities, including:

  • Providing comprehensive admin support such as purchase orders, attendance records, annual leave rotas, expenses, and handling correspondence and calls
  • Organising and coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Producing and delivering KPI reports covering performance, Schedule 17, sickness, and complaints
  • Maintaining the departmental training needs database
  • Managing diaries for members of the management team
  • Supporting period-end reporting
  • Taking on additional tasks as required by the Business Support Manager
  • Be at the centre of a dynamic and supportive team
  • Gain exposure to performance reporting, data analysis, and compliance processes
  • Develop your administrative expertise in a varied and fast-paced environment
  • Make a real contribution to how the organisation operates day to day
