Job Title:
Accounts Administrator
Based at: 95 London Road, Croydon
Reporting to:
Treasury & Finance Manager
To provide assistance to the accounts team so that we provide a high level of service to all our clients.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks- Answering the main account telephone line and dealing with any queries.
- Replying to all internal and external emails in a timely manner.
- Administration of the main supplier invoice email account (BM Invoices).
- Processing supplier invoices on to Dwellant.
- Set‑up of our client on utility portals and print invoices & statements.
- Processing of all incoming cheques and cash receipts.
- Processing supplier invoices for payment.
- Assisting with the processing of sundry supplier payments.
- IT literate – Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Self‑motivated.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective team player who will work to ensure the business achieves its objectives.
