Block Management – Accounts Department

Job Title:

Accounts Administrator

Based at: 95 London Road, Croydon

Reporting to:
Treasury & Finance Manager

Overall Purpose

To provide assistance to the accounts team so that we provide a high level of service to all our clients.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Answering the main account telephone line and dealing with any queries.
  • Replying to all internal and external emails in a timely manner.
  • Administration of the main supplier invoice email account (BM Invoices).
  • Processing supplier invoices on to Dwellant.
  • Set‑up of our client on utility portals and print invoices & statements.
  • Processing of all incoming cheques and cash receipts.
  • Processing supplier invoices for payment.
  • Assisting with the processing of sundry supplier payments.
Professional Skills and Experience
  • IT literate – Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective team player who will work to ensure the business achieves its objectives.
