We are looking for an accomplished

Senior Quantity Surveyor to support our clients indeliveringhigh-profile developments within the fast-paced retail sector.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor whois confident managing the full rangeof pre- andpost-contract dutieswhile overseeing a portfolio of project sand programmes. Experience with in theretail sector orother fast-paced environments is highly valued. Success inthis role comesfrom building strong relationships, working collaboratively with clients and project teams, and delivering outstandingresults.

As part ofour successful and growing Cost Management team, you willplay a key role in delivering projects acrossthe built environment. You'll contribute throughout the entire projectlifecycle, from early-stage cost planning and procurement throughtocontract administration and final account, helping to deliver value and successful outcomes for our clients.

Your initial focuswill be supportingone or moreof our established retail clients, actingas thelead Senior Quantity Surveyor across arange of exciting developments. You'll havethe opportunity towork on high-profile programmes withlong-standing clientpartners, making a meaningful impact from dayone.
