We are looking for an accomplished
Senior Quantity Surveyor to support our clients indeliveringhigh-profile developments within the fast-paced retail sector.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor whois confident managing the full rangeof pre- andpost-contract duties while overseeing a portfolio of project sand programmes. Experience with in theretail sector orother fast-paced environments is highly valued. Success inthis role comesfrom building strong relationships, working collaboratively with clients and project teams, and delivering outstanding results.
As part ofour successful and growing Cost Management team, you willplay a key role in delivering projects acrossthe built environment. You'll contribute throughout the entire projectlifecycle, from early-stage cost planning and procurement throughtocontract administration and final account, helping to deliver value and successful outcomes for our clients.
Your initial focuswill be supporting one or moreof our established retail clients, actingas thelead Senior Quantity Surveyor across arange of exciting developments. You'll havethe opportunity towork on high-profile programmes withlong-standing client partners, making a meaningful impact from dayone.

For this role, we're ideally looking for someone whohas achieved
Chartered status withthe RICS. Wealso welcome applications from candidates whohavemade significant progress towards chartership, have completed the majority of their APC requirements, and arepreparingfor their final assessment. About your responsibilities:- Taking ownership of cost planning, estimating, procurement, and contract administration to ensure commercial quality.
- Leading valuations, variations, payment recommendations, and monthly financial reporting.
- Monitoring commercial performance, identifying risks or opportunities, and supporting corrective actions.
- Tracking contractual obligations, project changes, and financial risks, escalating when required.
