Registered Building Inspector, L2F+
Surrey / South & West London
£550 - £650/day | Outside IR35 | 6-month rolling contract
We are newly working on a long‑term contract post supporting a varied portfolio of Building Control projects.
- Involvement in ‘in‑scope’ HRB projects with the Building Safety Regulator – supervised where required for L2F or 3G, and fully autonomous at 3H.
- Predominantly remote work complemented by 1–2 days per week inspections in the Surrey / South and/or West London areas.
If you’re an experienced, appropriately qualified Registered Building Inspector (Building Control Surveyor) looking for flexibility, high income, and high‑quality project exposure, this is an excellent fit.
