The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a caring, patient, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school team from September 2025. In this role, you will work closely with pupils with a range of special educational needs, providing targeted support to help them access learning and develop key skills.
Your responsibilities will include offering 1:1 and small-group support, assisting the class teacher with planning and differentiation, and helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children with SEN, strong communication skills, and a nurturing, flexible approach to supporting pupils with diverse needs.
