The Classroom Experts are working with secondary specialist SEN school in Coulsdon, seeking caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their team.

* Work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), SEMH needs, and other Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Daily Responsibilities:

* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.

* Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils to help them access the curriculum.

* Implement positive behaviour strategies in line with school policy.

* Collaborate with SEN specialists, including Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Educational Psychologists.

* Adapt activities and resources to suit children with diverse abilities and learning styles.
