Cover Supervisors Wanted – Croydon Secondary Schools | £110–£130 / day | Immediate Start
Principal Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Croydon and nearby areas. This is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced classroom / youth workers looking for flexible work and consistent opportunities.
The Role- Supervise whole classes in the teacher’s absence
- Deliver pre-prepared work (no planning or marking required)
- Maintain a calm, focused learning environment
- Follow school behaviour policies and safeguarding procedures
- Report any concerns to the appropriate staff
- Right to work in the UK
- Confident classroom presence and behaviour management
- Reliable, adaptable, professional under pressure
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- £110–£130 per day
- Flexible daily supply + long-term placements
- Progression routes into Teaching / HLTA / Pastoral roles
