Nursery Assistant (Level 3 Early Years) - Full Time
South Croydon (CR2) | ASAP & Future Starts Available

Reeson Education is working in partnership with a well-established nursery in South Croydon (CR2) that is seeking a full-time Nursery Assistant who holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years, which is mandatory to meet DfE staffing ratios.

The successful candidate must be confident and flexible working across Babies, Toddlers and Pre-school, supporting children's learning, care and development in line with the EYFS framework.

The successful candidate will:

Hold a Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years (essential - DfE ratio requirement)

Have experience working within a nursery or early years setting

Be comfortable supporting children across 0-5 age ranges

Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

Support daily routines including learning activities, care, and wellbeing

Work effectively as part of a nursery team

Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply)

Have up-to-date safeguarding training or be willing to complete this
