Teaching Assistant - Croydon Looking for a role where no two days are the same? Want flexible work that fits around your life while making a real difference?
We’re currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work on a flexible, supply basis across EYFS and Primary schools in the Croydon borough. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time opportunities, we have roles to suit you.
£89–£105 per day (PAYE)
Flexible working (8:30am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday)
About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom. This could include:
Supporting whole-class learning
Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis
Helping to keep pupils engaged and motivated
Assisting teachers with daily classroom activities
Some roles may also involve supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND, offering a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in different settings.
