Cover Supervisor - Secondary School (Supply)

As a Cover Supervisor
, you'll play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of the classroom teacher. You will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to KS3 and KS4 students
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies
• Support students to stay engaged and on task
• Work across a range of subjects (no planning or marking required)
• Build positive relationships with staff and pupils

This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers, experienced LSAs looking to progress, or graduates interested in education.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with young people (school-based or related field)
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Confidence leading a classroom
• A flexible, reliable approach to supply work
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
