• Deliver pre planned lessons and uphold classroom routines to ensure continuity of learning.
• Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment through effective behaviour management.
• Adapt confidently to different school settings while building strong rapport with pupils and staff.
• Support pupil progress by providing constructive feedback and guidance during both short term and longer term placements.

• PGCE, QTS, or HLTA Level 4 qualification.
• Previous experience working with primary aged pupils.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adjust quickly to new environments and work effectively with diverse groups of learners.
• A flexible and reliable approach, with the ability to work at short notice when required.
