The Trainee Team Leadwillgainexposuretoacademicteamcoordination ,coursedelivery,andadministrativeduties,withastrongemphasisonacademicandstudentsupport.

Thisroleoffersastructuredpathwaytogrowintoafull Team Leadrolethroughguidedtraining ,mentoring,andhands-on experience. Principle Duties:
Support the Team Lead /Campus Deanwithday-to-dayacademiccoordinationandoperations. Shadowandassistwithacademicleadershiptasks,includingtimetabling,lecturerallocation,coverarrangements,andqualityassurance. Support Course Coordinators and Lecturerswithclassdelivery ,materials,assessments,andteachingstandards. Deliversupervisedteachingacrossfoundation,undergraduate,andpostgraduatelevels. Contributetocurriculumplanning,development,andacademicsupportinitiatives. Monitorstudentattendance,progress,and achievement,maintainingaccurateacademicrecords. Identifyandsupportat-riskstudentsincollaborationwithacademicandstudentsupportteams. Provideacademicandpastoralsupportthroughtutorials,officehours,andPATsupervision. Assistwithmarkingandprovidetimely,constructivefeedbackinlinewithacademicguidelines. Gatherstaffandstudentfeedbacktosupportcontinuousimprovementandstudentsuccess. Participateinacademicmeetings,events,inductionactivities,andcampus-wideinitiatives. Engageincontinuousprofessionaldevelopment,mentoring,andtrainingtoprepareforfutureleadershiproles.
