Early Years Teaching Assistant | Croydon Are you an enthusiastic and caring graduate or experienced Teaching Assistant looking to build a long-term career in Education or Teaching? A welcoming and ambitious school in Croydon is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Reception and Year 1 team from September, initially until July 2027. This role requires someone with a genuine passion for working with young children and the energy to thrive in a busy classroom.

The Role:
Provide classroom, small-group and 1:1 support across Reception and Year 1 Support children's learning, social development and emotional wellbeing Help children develop positive routines and regulate their emotions Work closely with teachers and the wider support team September start | Full-time | Initially until July 2027 This is an excellent opportunity for someone serious about developing a long-term career in Education or Teaching.
