As an Early Years Teaching assistant, the work centres on assisting with the supervision of young children during class and playtime. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.
Role overviewEarly Years Teaching assistant focuses on supporting the early years teacher in delivering educational activities. Candidate fit patience, safeguarding awareness, EYFS understanding, and clear family communication.
Learning support involvedAssisting with the supervision of young children during class and playtime. Helping to create a safe and stimulating learning environment. Providing one-on-one support to students as needed.
Education skills and requirements- Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Understanding of early years curriculum and educational practises.
- Effective communication skills with children and adults.
- Job Type: contract Monday-Friday.
- £15 - £25 Per hour.
