Teaching Personnel are currently working with a number of primary schools across Croydon and South West London who are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their teams from September.

You don't necessarily need previous school experience — we're interested in people who have the right attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting children

• A completed degree,
  currently studying towards a degree
  , or due to graduate
• A genuine interest in working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Someone who is reliable, patient and approachable
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils
• A willingness to learn and develop within a school environment
• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
