** We are looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated team of Learning Coaches for our Nursery provision at Krishna Avanti Primary School Croydon working specifically with our 3 - 4 year-old class at a vital stage in their early development.

Krishna Avanti Primary School Croydon are seeking a skilled and motivated Learning Coach to support teaching and learning across our primary phase.

Working closely with teachers and colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality classroom support, leading targeted interventions, and helping pupils to access a broad and engaging curriculum. You will work with children with a range of needs, adapting your approach to ensure every pupil can thrive both academically and personally.

*** Assist class teachers and school leaders in ensuring the very best learning experience for children and young people in our trust schools
* Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, adapting approaches to meet individual needs, including those with SEND or English as an additional language.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, leaders and external professionals to deliver targeted interventions and contribute to pupil progress and wellbeing.
* Promote positive behaviour, social and emotional development, and uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times
* Engage with families, contribute to the wider school community, and take an active role in ongoing professional development.

*** Evidence of strong communication skills;
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
* Excellent level of literacy and numeracy skills
* An understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities
